ECDL Albania's role is the implementation, distribution and coordination of ECDL certification in Albania, following the example of ECDL'S adaptation and use in most European countries. We encourage the government and businesses to actively support ICT skills development through internationally recognized, validated and respected certification programmes. We operate in liaison with the ICT policies and strategies of the Government of Albania.  

We are in constant contact with ECDL Foundation and its international network to ensure that programs are continuously developed as a standardized, internationally recognized certificate of ICT user knowledge and skills. 

ECDL Albania works with our Authorized Partners to develop, grow and support a network of ECDL Authorized Test Centers throughout Albania. ECDL Albania ensures its Authorized Partners maintain high-quality standards set out by ECDL Foundation
